Customer requests contact management database
We just completed a new web site update for property management repair requests for an existing customer's site, www.russdarby.com
The customer required a contact form for rental repair requests that would notify the web site owner of the request by email with a confirmation email to the user. In addition to the email notification the form data needed to be saved in a database to allow confirmation of the request and the ability to view, edit or delete the contact record.
A results was created to list the contact records in the order of last received.
We update the Listings page by adding another view just for rental listings, allowing the customer to add their rental listings in a seperate view from homes for sale.
This new database table has 12 fields, a results page and view/edit page. Because we have experience with this type of work the time involved was just 6 hours. Our rate for customers if we host their site is just $45 p/hour, or $270 the complete job.
You can still get good work done in American. We've tried using coders from overseas because their hourly rate is so low but we were not happy with the results or level of customer service. At WW Design Associates we solve problems for clients so they get back to work.
