Our commission structure is different than traditional brokerage firms. With Area Pro Realty, agents pay a small monthly and per transaction fee. The monthly fee provides agents with the outstanding technology and support. The transaction fee provides agents with the resources needed to ensure a smooth and professional transaction with their clients. There are no percentage commission splits with Area Pro Realty. Agents with Area Pro Realty can now enjoy a true 100% commission structure that truly provides value to their career.
